  Do not rent from these con men you have been warned. After renting a bmw 1200 gs for a week i was quite looking forward to a nice holiday after reading testimonials on the web site. But on returning the bike to a car park and no representative from them to check the bike which was returned in the same condition as I received it. Then a week after been back in the uk I received an email saying my deposit was not been returned as i had damaged the panniers and hand guard, the panniers were removed from day one and never used then put back to return the bike. Then when you try to contact Luca or any other members from the company they will not reply and eventually block your messages. Had to go through my credit card company in the end to sort the matter and there loss as 12 of us were coming over in November for a week YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED (well wot a reply to say i droped the bike and damaged it total utter lies again from you and as for the parking the bikes were parked as instructed by the car rental company two to a bay as we put one in each bay and was told to put them in one bay you should have a representative from your company to check the bikes on return not once they have returned home then tell them they damaged them and refuse to answer calls and block messages on wattsapp )
