  Brilliant service from start to finish. From the moment we walked in to Stratus looking for a property to buy in the area all the team couldn't have been more helpful. They listened to what we wanted (or thought we wanted!), were knowledgable on all the properties, engaged in discussion and were honest, we never felt pressurised. Andrew took care of us during the viewings and was professional whilst still being approachable and friendly. Their communication throughout the whole process was excellent even after the sale had been agreed, Liz kept in touch and was always quick to respond to emails even when it wasn't necessarily their responsibility I was querying, Liz was always helpful and went out of her way to help. Shiraz was on hand during the signing at the notary to ensure all went smoothly. All in all whether a buyer or a seller you are in good hands with Stratus and would thoroughly recommend them.
